Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Zorba IPTV collects through zorbaiptv.xyz, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, chosen plan, payment method, any instructions you add, and a gift card code if you pay by gift card.
• When you request a free trial: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, device type and model, app name and message.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, topic, subject and message.
• For security: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of our forms. We don't store your IP address itself.

We never receive or store your card number. Card, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments), under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To send messages about your order, such as confirmations and payment updates.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our website.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the website: our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and the payment provider you choose. Each receives only the data it needs for its part of the job.

How long we keep it

We keep order, trial and contact records for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete them.

How we protect it

All traffic to zorbaiptv.xyz is encrypted with HTTPS. Your data is stored in a database that only our server can access, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law. Contact us through the contact form.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Payment providers may set their own cookies on their pages.
