These terms apply when you use zorbaiptv.xyz or order a Zorba IPTV subscription. By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

A Zorba IPTV subscription gives you access to our IPTV service for the period of the plan you choose, with the number of simultaneous connections your plan includes (1 to 5). You need your own compatible device, player app and internet connection. Streaming quality depends on your device, app and connection.

Plans and prices

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page, in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Plans don't renew automatically.

Ordering and activation

Your order is accepted once the payment provider confirms your payment, or, for gift cards, once our team has verified the card.
After that we send your login details and setup steps to the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us.
Your plan period starts when your subscription is activated.
We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.

Free trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, subject to eligibility, device compatibility and availability. A trial request doesn't create a subscription or guarantee access.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login details private and use no more connections at the same time than your plan includes.
Don't resell, share publicly or redistribute your subscription.
Use the service only where doing so is lawful, and in line with the laws of the country you are in.

We may suspend a subscription that breaks these rules.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and individual channels or content may change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
